Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are securely tightened to prevent leaks during transit, and include your packing slip.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
